Chatlog Arşivleyici

Oyundan her çıkışınızda otomatik olarak chatlog.txt dosyanızı kopyalayan bir program. Özellikle ss'lerini LSRP+ programıyla editleyenlerin oldukça işine yarayacağını düşünüyorum. Kurulum ise oldukça basit sisteminize uygun olan .exe dosyasını yönetici olarak çalıştırıp oyuna girin hepsi bu.

32 bit sistemler için ChatlogArchiverx86.exe'yi yönetici olarak çalıştırın.
64 bit sistemler için ChatlogArchiverx64.exe'yi yönetici olarak çalıştırın.

Not: Burada önemli olan iki nokta var. Birincisi, Belgelerim klasöründe bulunan GTA San Andreas User Files\SAMP klasörünün içerisinde "chatlogarchiver" adlı bir klasör bulunmalı. Bu klasör yukarıdaki .exeleri yönetici olarak çalıştırdığınızda otomatik olarak oluşuyor. Eğer oluşmadıysa yeni klasör oluşturup adını "chatlogarchiver" olarak değiştirin.

İkinci olarak da, sistem tepsisinde A logolu bir programın olması gerekmektedir.


Normal şartlarda pc'yi her açtığınızda bu program otomatik olarak çalışmaya başlayacaktır. Eğer her başlangıçta otomatik olarak başlamadığını fark ederseniz, size uygun olan .exe dosyasına sağ tıklayıp Kısayol oluşturun. Ve bu kısayolu da windows'un başlangıç klasörünün içine atın.  (Başlangıç klasörüne ulaşmak için, Başlat-Çalıştır (Windows+R) yazıp gelen kutucuğa "shell:startup" yazıp tamam deyin, sizi başlangıç klasörüne götürecektir.)

Bütün her şey normal bir şekilde çalıştığında, oyundan her çıkışınızda ekranınızda şuna benzer uyarı gelecek ve chatlog dosyalarınız tarih ve saatli bir şekilde GTA San Andreas User Files\SAMP/chatlogarchiver klasörüne kaydedilecek. 

So, over the last week I've had a lot of annoying incidents where I've needed my chatlog to find out when I went on duty or to get evidence for something only to find that I timed out or relogged while on duty, meaning that the chatlog was overwritten when I logged back in.

I had some spare time today, so I wrote my own program to do this. What does the program do? When opened, it runs in the background. When you /q from the game, it grabs the chatlog.txt file from the SA-MP directory and drops it in a folder called "chatlogarchiver" with the timestamp in the name. You get a dialogue box telling you the name of the chatlog after GTA closes. It'll work if you crash or timeout as well.

You either need to create this "chatlogarchiver" folder manually or run the archiver as an admin the first time you use it. If you get an error after quitting SA-MP, double check that there is a folder called "chatlogarchiver" in your SA-MP folder (My Documents \GTA San Andreas User Files\SAMP).

NOTE: YOU EITHER NEED TO RUN THIS AS AN ADMINISTRATOR THE FIRST TIME YOU RUN IT, OR MANUALLY CREATE A FOLDER CALLED "chatlogarchiver" IN YOUR SA-MP DIRECTORY (My Documents\GTA San Andreas User files\SAMP). If you don't do this, you'll get an error after closing SA-MP saying it couldn't archive your chatlog. Once the folder "chatlogarchiver" exists, you don't need to run the archiver as admin.

This program will archive your SA-MP chatlogs for you. When SA-MP closes, the archiver will copy the chatlog into a folder called chatlogarchiver in your SA-MP directory, renaming it with a timestamp. It won't automatically delete any chatlogs, so if you want to prune your archive then you'll have to do it manually.

I recommend you copy this into your computer's startup folder (found in the start menu). This means your computer will automatically open the program when you boot it up, meaning that it'll automatically archive your chatlogs forever without you needing to launch it.

Don't trust an .exe from a stranger on the internet? Good for you; you shouldn't. This was written and compiled with AutoHotkey -- I've included the source and .ico file so that you can compile it for yourself if you so wish.
