The West Criminal Organization içerisinde illegal işlerin,görüşmelerin ve toplantıların döndüğü bir ofistir.
Ofisin tarihi çok eskilere dayanmaktadır.
Ofis dışarıdan legal işlerin döndüğü bir yer gibi gösterilmeye planlanmıştır.
Asıl kurucusu Jack Reppear olan şirketi günümüzde Nicholas Marquis yönetmektedir.
