Los Santos Şerif Departmanında görev yapan Şerif Çavuşu Harper Middleton.
Arkadaşları olan Şerif Çavuşlarının anlatıklarına göre iki hafta önce Willowfield Kanalizasyonu'nda çıkan çatışma sonucu baskın yapmak için bölgeye yönelen Çavuş Middleton baskın sırasında suçlu bir kadının taaruz tüfeği çekip boynundan vurması üzerine personelin ölüm haberini aldığını. Olayı gerçekleştiren suçlunun yaklaşık otuz dakika içerisinde ele geçirildiğini ve kodese sevk edildiğini bildirmek istediğini söyledi.
Çavuş Chandler şunlarıda söyleyerek ekledi: " O sadece departmanın çavuşu değil, Amerika'nın gururuydu. Tam bir görev adamıydı. Gösterdiği hizmetler için ona şükranlarımı sunuyorum. Bir daha böyle bir olayın yaşanmaması için bütün önlemleri aldığımızı belirtmek isterim.
