Kevin, yaşadığı ağır olaylardan sonra şehri terk edip, başka bir Avrupa ülkesine taşınmıştır. Bir süre daha buralara dönmeyeceğini düşünerek mekanı Los Santos'ta tanıştığı ve yakın zamanda dost gibi olduğu arkadaşı Ichiro Yoshida'ya devreder, buranın artık onun olduğunu ve işletmesini söyler.
Aradan zaman geçmiştir, Yoshida başka işlerle uğraştığı için mekanı ayakta tutamamaktadır. Aynı evde beraber büyüdüğü kız arkadaşı Los Santos'a onun peşinden gelince olaylar onu sarpalamaya başlamıştır.
Bir an önce işyerini sıkı sıkıya işletebilecek biri arayışına girecektir:
