Грешники России — Rusya'nın Günahkarları Грешники России (Rusya'nın Günahkarları — RG), eski Sovyetler Birliği'nin birkaç cumhuriyetinin birinden kaynaklanan sokak çetelerini ifade eder. Bu organize suç gruplarının bazıları Rusya'dan gelirken, diğerleri Orta Asya (Özbekistan, Kazakistan), Kafkaslar (Gürcistan, Azerbaycan, Çeçenya ve Dağıstan) ve Ukrayna'daki bölgelerden geliyor. Son 40 yıl içerisinde Amerika'ya gelen Sovyet Göçmenlerinin çoğunluğu yasalara uymakla birlikte, bir yandan da bir suçlu nüfusu da ortaya çıkardı ve yerli RG'nin temellerini ortaya attı. 19. yüzyılın sonlarında göçün tüm zamanların en yüksek seviyesinde olduğu göz önüne alındığında, Ruslar —diğer etnik gruplar gibi— mümkün olan her şekilde para kazanmak zorunda kaldılar. Bazı araştırmalar, göçteki artışı doğrudan şehir çapındaki suçları önemle ilişkilendirmekteydi. Los Santos ve San Fierro, San Andreas ve Doğu Kıyısından daha yakın olduğu için gelen Avrasya demografisi tarafından özellikle hedef alındı. İşe gelince, çoğu insan bir günlük işte ya da masanın altında en az bir süre vakit geçirdi, diğerleri ise zamanlarını bir araya getirmek için diğer yasadışı girişimlere odağını çevirdi. Ancak daha önce de belirtildiği gibi, San Andreas öncelikle Ruslardan gelen organize suça karşı savunmasızdı. Çeteler ve suç zümreleri kuruldu, bazıları eski Sovyetler Birliği veya diğer Slav ülkelerinden örgütlerle bağlantılıydı ve İtalyan-Amerikan, Latin-Amerika ve Asya sendikalarıyla devam eden anlaşmalar yaptılar.
