Bir şehir resmet, sahtecileriyle ve dolandırıcılarıyla ama en gözde uyuşturucu kolları lüks kaçakçıların bulunduğu bir grup, bir takım. Bu grup Cordoba'nın saygınlığı sürdürmekten çok işleyişi arttırması adına işlerin yolunda koymaktan çok bir şarkıda bulunan güfteyi gün yüzüne çıkarması gibidir. Profesyonel olmak zorundalar, eğer bir kişi ölecek ise çalıntı bir araç ve geçiçi plaka şarttır. Eğer bir adam dolandırılacak ise sahte kimlik şart oldu. İşlettikleri barlar için kendi alkol çeşidi maddelerine, katkı yaptıkları narkotik maddeler ile aynı işi yani, SAHTECİLİĞİ sürdürdüler. Ekip tanınıp, şehirin sahtecileri olma umuduyla ilerliyor. Kısaltmaları "COTC" "Counterfeiters Of The City" anlamına geliyor.
Kalpazan, para düzeneğine çökmüş insanlara denir. Veyahut sahte para babalarına, bu sözü anlamak çok önemlidir. Ama asıl soru şu, "KALPAZANLIK NASIL YAPILACAK?" bunun için çeşitli dükkanlar açılacak, laboratuvarlar iş haline girecek. Sokağa eroin sağlanacak ise FENTANİL şart, kanına kokain karışacak ise pudra ile sentezlenmelidir. Ekstazi sizi yavaşça zayıflatana kadar kullanımına zorlar. Bu işler uyuşturucu için değil, bunu bir para olarak düşünün. Bunlar için ölecek insanlar düşünün, işte eğer para için ölürseniz, siz de bir kalpazansınız.
