CAMPBELL RANCHO HUSTLERS (CRH)
Los Santos'un güneyindeki Rancho bölgesinde kök salmış, geleneksel siyahi sokak kültürü ile modern suç ekonomisini harmanlayan bir oluşumdur. Temelleri 90'lı yılların sonunda Rancho'nun arka sokaklarında atılan bu yapı, günümüzde sadece bir sokak çetesi değil; mahalle bağlılığı, sadakat ve finansal hayatta kalma üzerine kurulu bir organizasyon haline gelmiştir.
Rancho'da gece çöktüğünde sessizlik ikiye bölünür: Kapalı kapılar ardındaki üretimin derinden gelen uğultusu ve sokaktaki adımların yarattığı tekinsiz yankı. Rancho'n gölgeleri arasında sadece tek bir isim yankılanır; Campbell Rancho Hustlers. Bazıları sadece fısıltıları duyar, bazıları ise sokağın sert yüzüyle tanışır.

CRH, 2000'lerin başında mahallenin diğer çeteler tarafından ezilmesine tepki olarak doğdu. The Street Enforcers (Agresif Kanat): Mahallenin sınırlarını çizen, rakip oluşumlara karşı "ilk saldırıyı yapan" ekiptir. Bölgedeki otoriteyi sağlarlar. Sokakta sesleri yüksek çıkar, tehditleri gerçektir ve mahalle sınırlarına giren her yabancı önce onların süzgecinden geçer.
The Greenhouse Syndicate (Sessiz Kanat): CRH'nin ekonomik motorudur. Sessiz evlerde ve depoların derinliklerinde kaliteli esrar üretimine odaklanırlar. Polisin ve rakiplerin dikkatini çekmeden "sessiz parayı" toplarlar. Amaçları, mahallenin savaşlarını finanse edecek sürekliliği sağlamaktır.
Sokaktan Çıkma, Mahalleden Kopma;
CRH'ye katılmak bir form doldurmak değil, bir yaşam tarzıdır. Karakteriniz Rancho'nun doğal bir parçası olarak başlar:
Resident: Önce mahallede görünür olursunuz. Köşedeki markette takılır, basket sahasında maç yapar, O.G'lerin (Eskilerin) emirlerine saygı duyarsınız.
Affiliate: Güven kazandıktan sonra küçük işler (gözcülük, paket taşıma) verilmeye başlanır.
Initiation: Karakterinizin yeteneğine göre ya "Sokak Koruyucusu" ya da "Üretim Ağı" tarafına seçilirsiniz.
Hiyerarşi Değil, Hürmet:
Burada rütbelerden ziyade "saygınlık" konuşur. Kimse kimsenin üstü değildir, herkes bir bütündür. Ancak mahalle için fedakarlık yapanın sözü her zaman daha ağırdır.

Rancho sokaklarında atılan her adımın bir bedeli, bu bedeli ödemeye cesareti olanların ise tek bir kuralı vardır: Birbirine bağlılık. Bu slogan, ekibin hem sokaktaki savaşlarda ödediği fiziksel bedelleri hem de üretimdeki disiplini simgeler.
Campbell sokaklarında hikayeler ya bir kurşunla biter ya da bir dumanla başlar. Bizim agresifliğimiz kurşun kadar hızlı ve ölümcül, ticaretimiz ise geride sadece rakiplerimizin külünü bırakacak kadar yakıcıdır.
