HikayesiBlack Tigers, bir grup motosiklet tutkunu tarafından, özgürlük ve kardeşlik duyguları etrafında birleşerek kuruldu. Her bir üye, farklı geçmişlere ve deneyimlere sahip olsa da, hepsi aynı çatı altında bir aile gibi birbirine destek olmayı ve birlikte zaman geçmeyi seçti.

FinansDerneğin finans geliri dernek üyeleri tarafından aylık bir miktar ücret ödeyerek kontrol edilir. Finans sorumlusu muhasebeyle ilgilenen sekreter kontrolünü sağlar. Kulüp Global Başkan'ı ilgili kişilere aidatları bildirir, ödemeler toplanır. Ödeme yapmayan birlik üyesinin yamasına son verilir.
Derneğin ikinci gelir kaynağı dışarıdan derneğe belli bir ücret bağış yapmasıyla sürdürülmektedir. Kasaba sakinlerinin şahsi gelirini derneğe paylaşması durumunda bağış sonrası ödül ve teşekkür olarak kulüp ürünleri verilmektedir.
Derneğin kendi tekstil ürünlerini satışı vardır, sorumluluğunu internet ticaretiyle finans sorumlusu Eva Mercer ilgilenir.
Kulüp HiyerarşiBlack Tigers, bir aile gibi birbirine bağlı üyelerden oluşur. Kulüp, bir başkan, bir başkan yardımcısı, bir sekreter, bir kâtip ve çeşitli pozisyonlardan oluşan bir yönetim kurulu tarafından yönetilir. Her üye eşittir ve her birinin görüşü değerlidir.

Her şeyi yaptık nasıl Member olacağız?Burada 2 aşama bulunuyor. Öncelikle Prospectlerin arasında parlamanız gerekiyor. Laubali şekilde değil, disiplinli bir şekilde görünmeniz gerekiyor. Diğer olay, sizi sadece 1 kişinin sevmesi değil, masadaki olanların hepsi sevmesi gerekiyor.

Montgomery de bir dernek kurma fikrini Charles Prince ile düşünmüştüm. Montgomery benim için gelir sağlayabileceğim en iyi kasabalardan biriydi. Duvara işeyen olursa sonuna kadar cezalandırılması başka bir meselemizdi. Bir süre önce motorlara tecavüz etmeye kalkıştıklarını görmüştük. Motor bir kulübün en büyük namus meselesi oluyordu. Sadece geceleri başında kimse olmayan motorlar savunmasız kalıyordu. Black Tigers Bar'ın akşam saat 22.00 açılma zamanı geldi. Bunu duyurmak için bu mektubu yazıyorum. Christopher ve Nathaniel olarak iki kişi Grapeseed hiyerarşisini çözümleyeceğiz. Bu kasabayı çaylaklarla doldururken aynı zamanda bağış için kampanyalardan bahsedeceğim. Sürecin yavaş ilerlemesi tamamen bizimle alakalı, çünkü hızlı gittiğimizde işler gerçekten boka saramış oluyor.

espirisi yaptık, Başkan Dennis benim bu muhabbeti epey sevmiş görünüyor. Ona Elektrik kesintileri ve Su pisliğini söyledim. Oda buna el atacağını
söyleyince epey ilgi gördük. Başkan Dennis kadar iyi bir Yoldaş'ın Başkan olması aslında doğru bir karardı. Çekirge ve böcek sorunlarınıda konuştuk
onun içinde bir kaç adam gönderip ilaçlama yapacağını söyledi. Yoldaş Başkan Dennis milletine gerçekten değer veren biri. Çocukları tembihledim,
eğer sevgilisi olursa... Ahaha evet evet sevgilisi, Başkan Dennis Başkan Chris gibi özgün takılmayı seviyor. Başkan olmak gerçekten zor Dennis Başkan.
Şu böcek işini bir halledelim başkan Grape'nin gerçekten şu abuk subuk yeşil siyah böceklerden arınması gerek, geyik kesip oraya koyamıyoruz.
Başkan müsaade ederse onunla güzel bir dağ sürüşünde avcılık yaparız, Başkan için güzel şeyler düşünüyorum. Halktan olan birisi derneğimize her zaman

Böyle olacağını tahmin edemedim, gözüm karardı namluyu kafama doğrulttum. Ellerim titriyordu, yarıda kalan esrar tedavim beni benden alıyordu. Haplarımı
her gün almayı unutuyordum, tetiği çekmekten korktum. Umrumda değildi, emniyet kilidini kapattım. Ateşlenecek kurşun beynime saplanacaktı.
Buna birçok insan şahit oldu, sanırsam psikolojim yerimde değil. Başkalarının karşısında kendime silah doğrulttum, kardeşlerimden başka insanlar da vardı.
Ölüm, bana bir nefes kadar yakındı o an, farkında değildim. Bu bir çocuk oyuncağı mı? İnsanın, kendisini bir başkasına kanıtlamaya çalışması için
kafasına silah doğrultması doğru bir şey miydi? Bilmiyorum, risk almadan bu hayatta ilerleyemezsin diyenleri savunuyorum bir yandan.
Bağırdım çağırdım, kendimi kanıtladım fakat bu sefer de elimdekilerden olmuştum. Freni patlak kamyonet yine üzerime doğru geliyordu,
birisinden kaçındım arkasında bir tane daha varmış. Sonucunda ne mi oldu? İkinci kamyonet beni ezdi geçti, bu ağırdı.

📰 EKONOMİK DALGALANMA VATANDAŞI ZORLUYORŞehrimizde son günlerde etkisini artıran ekonomik gelişmeler, halkın günlük yaşamını doğrudan etkilemeye başladı. Artan fiyatlar, düşen alım gücü ve daralan bütçeler; hem işletmeleri hem bireyleri zorluyor. Time Ajansı olarak bu durumu halkın gözünden değerlendirmek üzere Black Tigers Bar'da mikrofonumuzu vatandaşlara uzattık.
Bar işletmecisi Jonathan Hollister, yaşanan ekonomik sıkıntıların işletmeler üzerinde ciddi baskı oluşturduğunu dile getirdi. Hollister, "İşler eskisi gibi değil. Müşteri sayısı düştü, tedarikçi fiyatları sürekli artıyor. Araç vergisi, İş yeri vergisi, maaş derken giderler aldı başını gitti," ifadelerini kullandı.
Ekonomik gidişatın bireysel etkilerini anlatan Christopher Rosenthal ise, halkın artık temel ihtiyaçlarını karşılamada bile zorlandığını belirtti. Rosenthal, "Aylık giderler ikiye katlandı. İnsanlar artık dışarı çıkarken bile bütçe hesabı yapıyor. Umut etmek bile zorlaştı," sözleriyle tabloyu özetledi.
Her iki vatandaş da yetkililerden çözüm beklediklerini vurgularken, halkı rahatlatacak adımların bir an önce atılması gerektiğini ifade etti.

Kasabanın tozlu yollarında bir zamanlar gölgeler gibi süzülen, kovboy şapkasıyla hafızalara kazınan bu adam, adını kimseye tam olarak söylemezdi; ama herkes onu bir selamıyla tanırdı. Sessiz, ağır adımlarla yürüyen bu göçebe, bir zamanlar batının unutulmuş köylerinden geçerek strateji ve hayatta kalma sanatıyla yoğrulmuş bir yaşam sürdü. Her kasabada bir iz, her mücadelede bir ders bıraktı. Yalnızlığı seçti ama asla başıboş değildi. Kendi halinde vakit geçirir, genellikle köşede oturup etrafı gözlemler ama biri dara düştüğünde ilk yanında belirendir. Genç üyeler için bir yol gösterici, bir baba figürü gibidir. Şapkasıyla verdiği sessiz selam, kulüpte bir gelenek hâline gelmiş, varlığı ise disiplin ve güvenin simgesi olmuştur. Tek silahşördür; ama onun için en büyük silah, geçmişin öğrettikleridir.

Medya ve polis gözlem altında olacak; dikkatli hareket edin, kontrolü elden bırakmayın. Amaç, kulübü "kanunsuz motor çetesi" değil, "toplumla bütünleşen yol adamları" olarak tanıtmak.

Son zamanlarda kasabada yeni kurulan bir motorlu gençlik çetesi, Black Tigers'ın kurduğu otoriteyi ve düzeni tehdit etmektedir. Bu grup, kulübün kontrolündeki bölgelerde kendi rotalarını oluşturarak kural dışı hareket etmektedir. Bu tehdidi bertaraf etmek için gençlik çetesine gerekli uyarılar yapılacak, gerektiğinde motorları sabote edilerek otorite gösterilecek ve kontrol tekrar sağlanacaktır.

BLACK TIGERS MC'DEN UNUTULMAZ BİR KONSER GECESİ!Los Santos'un en dikkat çeken motosiklet kulüplerinden biri olan
Black Tigers Motorcycle Club, bu kez motorları değil, müzikle geceye damgasını vurdu.
Kulüp üyeleri, kendi bünyelerinde faaliyet gösteren
Black Tigers Bar'da düzenledikleri özel konserde bir araya geldi. Sahneye çıkan grup, rock müzik performanslarıyla izleyicilere unutulmaz anlar yaşattı.
Gecede hem kulüp üyeleri hem de misafirler keyifli dakikalar geçirdi. Sahnenin önüne toplanan kalabalık, çalan şarkılara eşlik ederek atmosferi daha da coşkulu hale getirdi.
Black Tigers MC yetkilileri, bu tür etkinliklerin kulüp içi bağlılığı artırdığını ve toplulukla olan bağları güçlendirdiğini belirtti.

Aranan bir şahsı gözaltına almak için bölgeye gelen LSPD birimi, beklenmedik bir tepkiyle karşılaştı. Polis aracının önüne bir kişi alenen işerken,
LSPD memuru olaya müdahale etmeden bölgeden uzaklaştı.
Bu sıra dışı anlar,
Time News kameraları tarafından saniye saniye kaydedildi.
Yetkililerden konuyla ilgili henüz bir açıklama gelmedi. Görüntüler sosyal medyada hızla yayılırken, kamuoyunda "LSPD'nin pasifliği" tartışılmaya başlandı.
Halk arasında "suçluya müsamaha" mı, yoksa "gerginliği tırmandırmama politikası" mı soruları gündeme geldi.

Son günlerde Los Santos yeraltında Black Tigers'in etkisinin azaldığı fark edildi. Bunun sebebi, liman, otoyol ve kırsal depoları kullanan yeni bir kaçakçılık ağının kulübü devre dışı bırakarak büyümesidir. Göreviniz bu ağın rotalarını, kuryelerini ve depolarını tespit edip doğrudan savaşmadan içeriden çökertmek, bazı teslimatları kaybettirmek, bazı depoları boşaltmak ve bu yapıyı güvensiz hâle getirerek arkasındaki isme şu mesajı bırakmaktır. "Bu şehirde gölgede bile bizim iznimiz olmadan ticaret yapılmaz." Operasyonun sonunda Los Santos'taki yeraltı dengesi Black Tigers lehine kaymak zorundadır.

Gece yarısı Blaine County'den Los Santos'a doğru ilerleyecek, yüksek değere sahip silah ve ekipman taşıyan bir konvoyun haberi kulübün kulağına geldi. Konvoy, Black Tigers'ten habersiz şekilde kulübün etki alanını kullanmayı planlıyor ve arkasında da güçlü bağlantılar olduğu söyleniyor. Göreviniz konvoyu yolda tespit etmek, uygun bir noktada sert ve hızlı bir müdahaleyle durdurmak, taşıdığı mallara el koymak ve konvoyu koruyanlara bu yolların sahipsiz olmadığını öğretmek. Operasyon kısa sürmeli, iz bırakmamalı ama etkisi uzun konuşulmalı. O yoldan geçen herkes bir daha direksiyonu kırmadan önce iki kez düşünecek.

Tam 9 ay önce "Abi SAMP tarafında yaptık RAGE'de niye yapmıyoruz?" diyerek buraya taşıdığım Black Tigers'i bugün toplu bir karar alarak arşive çekmeye karar verdik. 9 ay boyunca en başından beri yanımda olan rol arkadaşlarıma çok teşekkür ediyorum. Her birimiz Black Tigers için zamanından, özel hayatından fedakârlıklarda bulunarak ilerlemesine yardımcı oldu. Her şeyi doyasıya kadar tattık. En iyi günümüzde de en kötü günümüzde de yanımızda olan kadim dostlarımıza saygılar selamlar.

Çoğu kişinin bildiği üzere uzun bir süredir seçkin bir birlik olarak old school custom motorcycle club kültürünü sunucu içerisinde temsil ettik. Yaklaşık dokuz ay kadar bir süredir çoğu birlikle veya birlik dışı da olsa sunucu çapında sosyal etkinlikler yapmaya, genelleyecek olursak insanların keyif alacağı roller ortaya çıkarmaya çalıştık. Bu süreçte bizimle role gelen veya dostluk kurmaya çalışanlara teşekkür ederiz, edindiğimiz dostluklar keyif vericiydi. Bununla beraber kimi zaman legal tarafla, kimi zamansa illegal taraftan bazı kişilerle husumetimiz oldu doğal olarak. İster istemez böyle durumların oluyor olmasıyla beraber çoğunu konuşup çözdük fakat yine de tek tük de olsa arkamızdan iş çevirmeye çalışanların farkında olduğumuz da oldu. Arkamızdan iş çevrilen durumda dostluğu düzeltmemiz gibi bir durum zor olsa da elimizden geleni yaptık bu süre içerisinde ama elbette karşımızdaki taraf kendi çıkarları istediği durumda olmadığından iletişimi kestiğinde doğal olarak düzeltemiyoruz ne yazık ki. Burada birliği kapatırken herhangi birine karşı spesifik konuşmaya gerek yok, olgunca gelip olgunca gitmekte fayda var. BLACK TIGERS MC olarak sunucu çapında sağladığımız rollere bakıldığında bu geride bahsettiğim olumsuzluklar işin tadı tuzu, kazandığımız dostluklar ise işin neşesi oldu.
Bu süreçte rol yaptığımız herkese teşekkür edemem, fakat özellikle son birkaç ayda sürekli beraber rolleyip keyifli vakit geçirdiğimiz BANDIDOS MC ekibine,
@GYESSE ve
@HasanPasha dostlarımıza sahneyi bırakıyoruz. Ara veriyor olsak da dostlarımızı unutacağımız veya zaman zaman ziyaret etmeyeceğimiz anlamına gelmez, desteğimiz her zaman sizlerle dostlar.
Yaklaşık dokuz ay süren bu güzel yolun sonuna geliyoruz ve aklımızda dostlarla sohbet ettiğimizde kalan şeyler hep yüzümüzü gülümseten şeyler. Yaşanan kötü şeylere takılmıyoruz, bu yola çıkarken arkamızdan iş çevirenleri veya bizim elimizde olmadan hakkımızla aldığımız şeyler kapsamında bize laf edecekler olacağını az çok tahmin ediyorduk. Sonuç olarak bakınca bunlar her kaliteli birliğin başına geliyor, önemli olan bunları kabullenip özür dileyebilmek ama özür de beklemiyoruz. Geçirdiğimiz keyifli vakitlerle beraber belirsiz bir süreliğine ara veriyoruz. Yakın veya uzak gelecekte keyifli rollerde tekrardan görüşmek üzere.. TIGERS OUT!
