Marciano Provenzano, Sicilya'da işleri yürütmekle yükümlü olan kişi. Kendisi 46 yaşında ve evli. Sicilya'da yüksek kademede olan Christoper Raslow'u sağ kolu olarak seçmişti. Marciano, Chirstoper'a verdiği işleri Christoper, kılçıksız halledebilecek güce ve bilgiye sahipti. Bu yüzden artık kendini çok göstermeyen biri haline gelmişti Marciano. - Kanlar aktıktan sonra katılımcı fotoğrafı eline alı. Lider, zipposunu çıkartır ve 'azizin tasviri'ne yaklaştırır ve yemin törenine geçilir.
- Lider burda tasvir tutuşurken kendisinin tekrar edilmesini ister ve konuşmaya başlar.

Bunların yanında tehdit, şantaj, cinayet, adam kaçırma, dolandırıcılık gibi birçok faaliyet Cosa Nostra mafyası üzerinden işlemekteydi.

Raslow, yeniden basit bir ticaret için ıssız bir yer seçmişti. Christoper, artık yaptığı işler yüzünden yeraltı dünyasında adı çokça geçen biriydi. Kötü şöhreti vardı. Fakat bu kötü şöhretin getirdiği ego ve kibir onu yıkıma uğratacaktı.
Raslow, sürekli aynı şeyleri yaptığı için ezberlediğini düşünüyordu. Bu yüzden çevre güvenliği almadan ve az kişi ile ticareti yapmaya gitti. Bu Christoper'ın aldığı en zararlı karar olacaktı. Ticaretin ortasında üstlerinde beliren helikopter ve yaklaşan siren sesleriyle neye uğradığını şaşırdı Raslow. Bir anda çıkan çatışmayla kendini zar zor kurtarmıştı. Pinto, zamanında Sicilya'da işleri sürdürürken Amerika'da yaşanan karmaşıklıklar yüzünden oradaki Cosa Nostra dengesini eline almak ve hizaya sokmak için Santos'a taşındı. Düzen basit; Pinto, Ghost'a bağlı sadece Amerika'daki işleri yönetiyor. Pinto Amerika'da başarılara imza atmış ve düzeni sağlamayı başarmıştır. Burada örgüte aldığı kişilerin hepsini geleneklere uygun yemin ettirmiş ve örgüte katılımlarını sağlamıştır. Bunların yanında Amerika'nın yeraltı dünyasında ciddi yer edinmiştir. Genel olarak batı tarafı; San Francisco, Oakland, Sacramento, San Jose, Concord, Los Santos gibi yerlerde faaliyetlerini sürdüren Pinto ne kadar gizliliğe önem verse de FBI ve Polis departmanının radarına girmişti. Polis ve FBI sürekli araştırıyor ve bulmaya yakınlaşmıştı.
EP2.2: DEĞİŞİM
Marciano, Pinto ve Raslow'u bir masaya çağırır. Chris'in yaptığı hata ve Pinto'nun ifşa olmaya yakınlaşması nedeniyle ikisinin yerini değiştirir. Yani Christoper artık Amerika'da faaliyetlerine devam edecek, Pinto ise Sicilya'da. Marciano, Raslow'a herhangi bir ekip vermedi. Her şey sıfırdan, en baştan.

Raslow, Santos'a iniş yaptığında yeni bir yol çizmesi gerektiğinin farkındaydı. Sicilya'da kurduğu üstünlüğün bile üstünde olmalıydı!
