Tiara Young, 24 yaşına kadar Fransa'da büyüdü. 15 yaşına kadar yetiştirme yurdunda kaldı ve oradan iki yakın arkadaşıyla birlikte kaçtı. Sokaklarda geçen dokuz yıl boyunca hayatta kalma mücadelesi verdi, Sokaklarda geçirilen bu yıllar, onu sert ve bağımsız bir karakter haline getirmişti.
24 yaşına geldiğinde, hayatında bir boşluk hissetmeye başladı. İçsel bir merakla ailesini araştırmaya başladı. Tek hatırladığı şey, yetiştirme yurdunda öğrendiği babasının adıydı: Scott Young. Bu küçük bilgiyle araştırmaya koyuldu ve Los Santos'a geldiğini öğrendi. Burada Scott Young'u bulmayı umuyordu.
Ancak işler beklediği gibi gitmedi. Scott Young, Tiara'nın gelişini pek hoş karşılamadı. Onun gelmesi, eski yaraların yeniden açılması anlamına geliyordu. Mahalledeki diğer insanlar da Tiara'nın yabancı biri olduğunu düşündü ve başlarda onu pek kabul etmediler. Tiara, bir yandan babasını bulmaya çalışırken, diğer yandan mahalleye ayak uydurmanın yollarını arıyordu. Sokakta geçen yılların tecrübeleri, onu bir şekilde hayatta kalmayı öğretmişti. Ancak burada yeni kurallara uyum sağlaması gerekiyordu.
Bir süre sonra, Tiara'nın sert ve bağımsız doğası, mahalleli tarafından da saygı gördü. Onun geçmişindeki acılar ve zorluklar, onu daha güçlü yapmıştı ve bu güçlü kişiliği, hem sokakların hem de mahalleli tarafından takdir edilmeye başlandı. Scott Young ile de aralarındaki buzlar erimeye başladı. Başta anlaşmazlık yaşasalar da, zamanla birbirlerini daha iyi anlamaya başladılar ve gerçek bir baba-kız ilişkisi geliştirdiler.
Tiara, sokaklarda geçirdiği yılların izlerini silmek ve yeni bir başlangıç yapmak için Los Santos'ta yeni bir hayat kurdu. Artık sadece kendi için değil, aynı zamanda babası için de yaşamak istiyordu. Mahalledeki yerini buldu ve bir yandan eski hayatını geride bırakmaya çalışırken, diğer yandan yeni bir kimlik edinmeye çalışıyordu. Bu süreçte, hem kendi geçmişini hem de mahalledeki insanları anlamak için çok çalıştı ve sonunda kabul gördü.
