Inglewood 13 olarak veya Varrio Inglewood, Kaliforniya'nın Batı yakasında yer alan Meksikalı Amerikalı bir sokak çetesidir. 1970'lerin sonlarında ortaya çıktılar ve Hyde Park Locos, Rascals ve Tiny Locos gibi çeşitli küçük gruplardan oluşuyorlar. Inglewood 13'ün 400'den fazla aktif üyesi vardır ve Inglewood şehrinin en eski ve en büyük mahallesi olarak kabul edilmektedir. Inglewood 13, bölgesinin bazı kısımlarını, öncelikle Crenshaw Mafia Bloods ve Inglewood Family Gang ile kan davası olan siyah bir çete olan Neighborhood Piru ile paylaşıyorlardır.

Polis Rekabeti

Inglewood 13, polis memurlarına karşı rekabetleri ve nefretleri nedeniyle "Polis Katilleri" olarak bilinir. Örneğin, 2006 yılında, Inglewood 13'ün aktif bir üyesi olan Andrew Richard Gonzalez ve David Mosqueda, rutin bir trafik duruşundan sonra Orange County polis memurlarıyla bir çatışmaya karıştı. Gonzales, arabadan indi ve polis arabasının arkasına siper alırken Memur Jaime'yi karnından vurarak ateş açtı. Memur Lotzgesell, Gonzales ile hemen ateş açtı. Ancak Memur Lotzgesell, yürüyerek kaçan ve daha sonra Fullerton Polis Departmanından memurlar Roy Ellison ve Michael Kendrick tarafından bir seyahat acentesinde saklanırken farkedilen Gozales tarafından da vuruldu.

Yetkililerin 31 Ekim Çarşamba günü yaptıkları açıklamaya göre, federal büyük jüri bir dizi iddianameyi geri verdikten sonra Inglewood sokak çetesinin on üç üyesi çeşitli silah ve uyuşturucu suçlamalarıyla karşı karşıya kaldı.

Yetkililer, 14. kişinin de gözaltına alındığını ancak kendisine karşı federal suçlamaların bulunmadığını söyledi.

Inglewood Aile Çetesi'ne odaklanan Federal Soruşturma Bürosu Los Angeles Saha Ofisi'nden sorumlu müdür yardımcısı Paul Delacourt, tutuklamaların Los Angeles Şiddetli Çetelere Karşı Görev Gücü ve Inglewood Polis Departmanı'nın çalışmaları aracılığıyla yapıldığını söyledi.

Delacourt, kuruluşların yerel bir Inglewood sokak çetesinden organize bir ulusal suç örgütüne dönüşmesi nedeniyle çeteyi hedef aldığını söyledi. Çetenin New York, Los Santos ve sınır ötesi birçok ülkede klikleri bulunuyor.

Rancho Tiny Locos

Tiny Locos, Inglewood 13'ün alt kiklerinden birisidir. Los Santos'un güneyinde yer alan bu klik, çoğunluklu işçi ailelerin ve para yapmayı misyon edinen on beş yaş ve üstü çocuklar ve orta yaşlı, savaş görmüş büyük ağabeylerden oluşuyor. Tiny Locos üyeleri suç faaliyetlerine günümüzde hâlâ devam etmektedir bunlar; sokaktaki keşlere uyuşturucu satışı, soygun, gasp, cinayet, hırsızlık, internet üzerinden kimlik hırsızlığı, araba hırsızlığı gibi geniş bir yelpazede kendini gösteriyor. Tiny Locos üyeleri kolluk kuvvetlerine karşı verdiği agresif tutumunu kendi içlerinde tutmaya çabalıyorlar, eski dönemlerde kalmış polis cinayetleri tarihin tozlu raflarında kendini referanse ediyor. Üyeler; Cleveland Indians ve Ditroit Tigers insignia logolarını giyimlerinde de yer veriyorlar.

Inglewood 13, Meksika Mafyasının müttefikleridir ve Sureno 13 setlerinden biridir. Los Compadres Varrio ve Krazy Crowd 13'ün yanı sıra Tepa 13'te rakipleridir. Inglewood 13, Neighborhood Piru, Queen Street Bloods ve Legend Neighborhood Crips gibi siyah çetelerle olan düşmanlıkları nedeniyle "PK" (Piru Killer) ve "CK" (Crip Killer) iddiasında da bulunuyor.

Inglewood 13, Culver City Boys (Culver City) olarak Lennox 13 (Lennox) ve Los Compadres Varrio 13 (Hawthorne) gibi yakın şehirlerde Inglewood dışındaki sokak çeteleriyle de savaşır.

Rancho'nun ev sahipliği yaptığı Hyde Park uzun süredir Inglewood 13'ün çatısı altında, başlıca Lennox 13 ve Tepa 13'le bölgesel yaşadıkları sorunlar Hyde Park'ın polislerin gözetimi altında bulunuyor. Inglewood 13 el yapımı silah ticareti ve yaptıkları uyarıcı-uyuşturucu maddeleri satışı yüzünden ATF ve DEA'in büyük gözetimi altında.

R.I.P FREZEE

Geçtiğimiz günlerde ATF ve DEA'in ortak operasyonu sırasında Rancho'nun ev sahipliği yaptığı Hyde Park'a giren polisler sert tutumları ve yerli halkı püskürtmesi sonucu polisin yaptığı birkaç hata yüzünden Bob "Freeze" Fernan polis tarafından öldürüldü. Rancho'da ikamet eden Inglewood 13 üyeleri Freeze'in anıtını sokağın bir bölümünde yer verdi.

Mahkeme belgelerine göre, 2023 ile 2024 yılları arasında Inglewood 13 üyeleri ve ortakları şantaj faaliyetlerine girişti; cinayet, cinayete yönelik komplolar ve uyuşturucu kaçakçılığı suçlarını içeren çok sayıda eylemde bulundu. Suçlamalar, Inglewood üyelerinin, uyuşturucu kaçakçılığı faaliyetlerini yönlendirmek, cinayet emrini vermek ve hapishanelerin içindeki ve dışındaki diğer suç faaliyetlerini denetlemek için kaçak cep telefonlarını kullanarak hapishane hücrelerinden önemli bir ekstazi kaçakçılığı operasyonunu denetlediklerini iddia ediyor.

AMERİKA, Los Santos— ABD Başsavcısı Phillip A. Talbert, Butte County'den 18 yaşındaki baş harfleri B. D...,  Inglewood 13 çetesine yönelik uzun süredir devam eden soruşturmanın bir parçası olarak haraççılık yaptığını kabul ettiğini sokaklarda duyurdu.

Mahkeme belgelerine göre, 2023 ile 2024 yılları arasında Inglewood 13 üyeleri ve ortakları şantaj faaliyetlerine girişti; cinayet, cinayete yönelik komplolar ve uyuşturucu kaçakçılığı suçlarını içeren çok sayıda eylemde bulundu. Suçlamalar, Inglewood üyelerinin, uyuşturucu kaçakçılığı faaliyetlerini yönlendirmek, cinayet emrini vermek ve hapishanelerin içindeki ve dışındaki diğer suç faaliyetlerini denetlemek için kaçak cep telefonlarını kullanarak hapishane hücrelerinden önemli bir ekstazi kaçakçılığı operasyonunu denetlediklerini iddia ediyor.

Günümüzde Rancho etrafındaki işletmelere veya işyerivari yerlere karşı silah zoruyla haraç aldıkları, yerli halk tarafından yetkililere bildiriliyor.
